BOOKING & DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Once a booking is confirmed, the scheduled time is reserved exclusively for the project and the team assigned to the job.


CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.
This policy ensures team availability and proper scheduling for all projects.


SCOPE OF WORK

Cleaning services will be performed based on the agreed scope outlined in the quote or booking confirmation. If additional work is required due to site conditions or changes in the project, this will be communicated and approved before proceeding.


PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.


INSURANCE & LIABILITY

BUILTEX Cleaning Group Pty Ltd maintains appropriate business insurance, including Public Liability Insurance, to protect clients, workers and property during the provision of our services.


WORKERS & SAFETY

All staff working on BUILTEX projects are covered under the required workplace protections, including Workers
Compensation where applicable. Our team follows industry safety standards while operating on construction and development sites.


SITE CONDITIONS

Clients and site managers must ensure the work area is safe and accessible before cleaning services commence. Any hazards or unsafe conditions must be communicated prior to the scheduled service.
